Terms of service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms set out the agreement between Kiran Pay (the "program", "we") and a person who joins the partner program (the "partner", "you"). Writing to the program bot, opening the partner panel or receiving a settlement means you accept them. If a clause does not suit you, do not join.
1. What we do
Kiran Pay runs a settlement service for merchants who need collections and refunds in Indian rupees to move through bank accounts and UPI handles in India. Partners supply that capacity with accounts held in their own name, confirm transfers in the partner panel and earn a commission. The program screens merchants, allocates transfers within each partner's daily ceilings, reconciles every transfer against bank records overnight and pays the commission the next morning.
2. Who may join
You must be eighteen or older, resident in India and the only holder of every bank account and UPI handle registered in your panel. Accounts belonging to relatives, friends or staff cannot sit under your profile; those people are welcome to apply themselves. You confirm that the accounts are not under restriction, investigation or dispute when you register them, and you tell the program within one working day if that changes.
3. Commission
The commission is 3% of the gross amount of every collection credited to a registered account and 1% of the gross amount of every refund sent from it, exactly as the panel shows. Only reconciled volume earns commission: a transfer that cannot be matched to a bank record, or that sits in an open dispute, is left out until the matter is closed. There is no charge for joining, for the panel or for settlement.
4. Settlement
Reconciled commission for a calendar day is settled in USDT to the wallet address in your profile the following morning, Indian Standard Time, on weekends and bank holidays as well, unless a network outage prevents it. Rupees convert to USDT at the panel rate shown at the moment of settlement. The settlement history in the panel is the record both sides rely on.
5. Working balance
Before your first live week you place a working balance in USDT; the minimum is shown in the calculator and confirmed by the manager. The balance covers refunds that go out before the matching collection is reconciled. It stays your property, is shown separately in the panel and is returned in full within five working days after you leave and every open transfer is closed.
6. What we expect from you
Operate the registered accounts yourself. Confirm every transfer with its UTR within the time the panel shows. Keep the bank apps and the panel to yourself. Do not accept transfers outside the panel for merchants, do not run other high-volume activity on registered accounts without telling us, and answer the manager's questions about a transfer within one working day. Declare the commission as income under Indian law; the program does not withhold tax for you.
7. What you may expect from us
Every merchant is screened before a transfer is allocated. Every transfer is recorded with its UTR and merchant reference, reconciled daily and paid on time once matched. The document trail for any transfer is available on request. The manager answers in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or English on working days, most questions within the hour. Daily ceilings rise in steps you agreed to and never beyond them.
8. Disputes
A merchant or a partner may flag a transfer as wrong in the panel. The disputed amount is held back from settlement until the panel record and the bank record have both been checked. Disputes are decided on bank records. If a dispute shows that a partner confirmed a transfer that never reached the account, the amount comes out of the partner's working balance.
9. Referrals
A partner who introduces a new partner receives 0.5% of the introduced partner's reconciled volume, settled within 24 hours of each of that partner's settlements, for as long as both stay active. Introductions go through the agent bot or in writing to the manager before the new partner's first live week.
10. Suspension and termination
Either side may end the relationship at any time by writing to the manager. The program may suspend a partner's accounts at once if transfers are confirmed without matching bank records, if a registered account is operated by someone else, if a partner contacts merchants directly, or if a bank or a regulator asks for it. On termination open transfers are closed, the final reconciled commission is settled and the working balance is returned as described above.
11. Liability
The program is not responsible for actions of banks, including holds, freezes or closure of a partner's account, but provides the document trail and support described here. Nothing on the program's site promises income; calculators, scenarios and quizzes are models built on the commission rates and typical ceilings. To the extent Indian law allows, the program's total liability to a partner is limited to reconciled commission unpaid at the time of a claim.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. Material changes to commission rates or settlement timing are announced in the program channel at least seven days in advance. Questions about these terms go to the manager through the Kiran Pay bot. The site, the panel, the bot, the manager account and the channel are the only official channels of the program.
