Risk disclosure

Last updated: 15 October 2026

A partner of Kiran Pay earns a regular commission and carries real risks. Read this page before registering an account. If a point below is not acceptable, the program is not for you, and it is better to know that now.

1. A bank may ask questions or freeze an account

Banks watch for sudden changes in how an account behaves. One that starts receiving dozens of transfers a day may be questioned, placed on hold or, rarely, frozen. The program raises ceilings in weekly steps and keeps the document trail for every transfer so that you can answer, but the decision is the bank's. A freeze can lock the balance on that account for days or weeks. Never register an account whose balance you cannot afford to have locked, and never register an account that is not in your own name.

2. Income is not guaranteed

The commission rates are fixed; the volume through your accounts is not. It depends on the merchants' activity that day, on your ceilings, on how many blocks you take and on the season. The calculator, the figures on the panel mockup and the quiz are models applying the rates to typical ceilings. They are not promises. Some weeks fall below the model, some rise above it.

3. The working balance is exposed in a dispute

Refunds sometimes go out before the matching collection is reconciled. If a transfer you confirmed turns out not to have reached your account, or if a merchant's dispute is upheld on bank records, the amount comes out of your working balance. Confirm transfers only after checking the amount in the bank app. A careful partner rarely loses anything; a hurried one can.

4. USDT and the rate

Settlement arrives in USDT, a digital asset whose rupee value moves. The rate at the moment of settlement is the one used; between settlement and the moment you sell USDT the value can go either way. Holding or converting USDT is your decision and your risk. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: check the wallet address in your profile twice.

5. Tax and the law

Commission is income and must be declared under Indian tax law. The program does not withhold tax, does not file for you and gives no tax advice. Rules on digital assets and payment intermediaries change; what is allowed today may be restricted tomorrow, and the program may have to change its terms or stop operating in a region at short notice. We announce such changes in the channel as early as we can but cannot promise notice in every case.

6. Time and discipline

The work needs a fixed block of time on each working day. Transfers left in the queue create disputes, lower your allocation and eventually suspend the account. If your week does not allow a predictable hour each day, say so during onboarding; a smaller allocation you can serve beats a larger one you cannot.

7. People pretending to be the program

Partners are targets for impostors. Nobody from Kiran Pay asks for bank logins, OTPs, wallet keys or the panel session in a chat. Nobody writes to you from an account other than the official bot, the manager account and the channel linked on this site. Anyone asking you to accept a transfer outside the panel is not a merchant of the program. Report such contacts to the manager.

8. What the program does about these risks

Merchants are screened before any transfer is allocated. Every transfer is recorded with its UTR and matched against bank records overnight. Ceilings rise in steps agreed with you. The document trail for any transfer is available on request. The manager is on duty on working days and answers most questions within the hour. None of this removes the risks above; it makes them manageable for a partner who keeps the routine.

By registering an account in the panel you confirm that you have read this disclosure, understand the risks and accept them on your own behalf.
