Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy says what Kiran Pay collects from visitors of this site and from partners of the program, why it is collected, where it lives and how to have it removed. Plain words, no legal fog.
1. On the site
The site keeps no accounts and stores nothing on our servers through forms. The quiz keeps your taps in your own browser so that you can continue later; nothing leaves the device until you send the result to the manager, and then it goes to Telegram. The calculator keeps its last values the same way. The language you pick is stored in your browser, and pages exist in an English and a Hindi version under their own addresses.
The form "city and accounts" opens a Telegram chat with the manager with your two answers prefilled; nothing is sent elsewhere. If the owner turns on an advertising pixel or a tracking link, the page loads a script from Meta or the tracking provider, which may set cookies and record the visit. Both are visible in the page source; while they are empty, no third-party tracking runs.
2. In the program
Writing to the bot shares your Telegram username and the text you send. During onboarding the manager asks for your city, the banks and account identifiers you will register, how old those accounts are, the hours you can give and a USDT wallet address. During operation the panel records every transfer you confirm: amount, time, UTR, merchant reference, dispute status. Settlements are recorded with amount, rate and wallet address.
We do not collect bank logins, OTPs, card numbers, Aadhaar or PAN through the panel. If a bank or a regulator needs identity documents for a specific case, the manager asks you directly and explains the reason.
3. Why
Transfer records are needed to match volume, count commission, settle disputes and hand the document trail to your bank on request. Contact details are needed to reach you about transfers and settlements. City and account information is needed to allocate transfers inside your ceilings. Partner data is not used for advertising and is never sold.
4. Who sees it
The manager and the reconciliation team. Telegram, as the provider of the bots and the channel. The blockchain used for USDT settlements, which records wallet addresses and amounts publicly by design. A bank or a regulator, only for transfers on your own accounts and only on a written request or when you ask us to provide the trail. Nobody else.
5. Where and for how long
Panel and settlement records live on servers run for the program and are backed up daily. Transfer records are kept for eight years from the end of the financial year of the transfer, the period Indian tax and banking rules require for payment records. Contact details are deleted within ninety days after you leave the program unless an open dispute or a bank request needs them longer.
6. Your choices
Read the panel history of every transfer on your accounts at any time. Ask the manager for an export of the records about you and get it within seven working days. Correct your contact details and wallet address in the panel. Leave the program whenever you like; transfer records then stay for the period above and the rest is deleted. Clear quiz, calculator and language data by clearing your browser storage for this site.
7. Security
Panel access is personal and tied to your Telegram account. Nobody from the program will ask for your panel session, wallet keys or bank credentials in a chat, and nobody will write to you from an account other than the official bot, the manager account and the channel linked on this site. Report any such request to the manager.
8. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy appear on this page with a new date and in the program channel. Questions about your data go to the manager through the Kiran Pay bot; the answer comes within seven working days.
